We like to encourage  as much normality in  the lives of our residents  as we can offer. It is important to us that you feel relaxed and welcome, and that your relatives are confident you are being well supported.

Mewsbrook House has been established for many years and most of the residents come to us because we had been recommended to them, either through family members or  social workers.            

Our reputation is important to us, but we never take it for granted, we know each day we have to earn it. We are not perfect, but we do try to get things right and always seek the highest standards – we believe you are entitled to the best. It is our aim to provide a customer focused service. We want to meet your individual needs and preferences. Your co-operation and participation will be vital to us achieving this objective. You may feel your rights and independence have been taken away, this could not be further from the truth. You have all the same rights to determine how you live your life as you did before, only now you have assistance from the staff at the home.

Our home is a community built around our residents, families and staff.

All our staff are here to help you to receive the right care and to provide constant support for you and your loved ones.
